NOTICES FOR THE WEEK

 

  1. No Evening mass tomorrow/today. All are reminded of the Blood Donation Drive tomm/today immediately after the 9:30 am mass in the AV Hall. Kindly have breakfast and come. Donate blood. Save life.
  2. The timings of the Maundy Thursday services is as follows:
  3. Mass for sick & Aged in the Church at 05:30pm.
  4. Mass of the Lord’s Supper with washing of the Feet at 07:30pm followed by a Common Altar of  Repose  in the church.
  5. On Good Friday, Outdoor Stations of the Cross begins at 7am from the church. Kindly participate in large numbers. Stations of the Cross for the sick and senior citizens is at 9am in the Church in English. Good Friday Evening service is at 6pm at Sneha Sadan grounds followed by descent of the Body of Jesus and thereafter procession to the Church.
  6. Holy Saturday: Easter Vigil service is at 10:00 pm in the church. Kindly bring a candle along.
  7. Easter Sunday mass timings: Mass at 7am in Konkani and Mass at 09:00 am in English. No Evening mass.
  8. Community wise Easter masses will be celebrated from Easter Monday onwards at 7pm in the church. Kindly get your Holy Water bottles not more than 500ml.
  9. Sunday School: Children’s masses will continue as usual. All children to attend 08:15am mass every Sunday.
  10. Parishioners who sit in the extension area of the church during services are requested to keep the chairs back after the 9:30am mass.  Kindly cooperate.
  11. All those who would like to teach faith catechesis at Sunday school, kindly forward your application addressed to the parish priest in the church office latest by 9th April. Graduates preferred.
  12. Summer Club for children will be held from 24th April to 5th May.
  13. Kotak Education Foundation as part of CSR is imparting free, three month training to school drop outs and Non graduates in the area of Customer Relation & sales, Hospitality, General Duty Assistant, Advance Beauty and Multi Skill Technician and for graduates in Banking Financial Services and Insurance. Those interested kindly see the notice board for details.  Kindly spread the word around especially among school drop outs and non graduates.
  14. Last Sunday’s collection amounted to Rs 36,417 /- which is for the parish trust. Thank you for your generosity.
