ANNOUNCEMENTS
There is Sunday school for students studying in Junior and Senior KG. Sunday school Children to get their own Good News Bibles. There will be a sale of children’s Bibles next Sunday.
Evening mass on Fridays will be celebrated in English for the benefit of children and Youth followed by games and group dynamics. Parents kindly encourage your kids and youth and send them.
- Holy Half Hour next Friday, 7th July at 6:30 pm in the church followed by mass at 7pm. We pray for Peace in Manipur.
- Sunday school catechists will visit the homes of students. Kindly extend a warm welcome to them.
- Altar Server’s meeting on Thursday’s at 9am in the activity room. Children’s choir practice on Thursday’s in the church at 10:30am.
- PPC/SCC meeting on Wednesday, 5th July at 7:45pm in the AV Hall. Kindly collect the copy of minutes/agenda from the sacristy.
- We invite all college going youth and adults to sing for the 9:30 am mass on Sundays. Practices will be held on Saturdays at 7:45pm. Those interested kindly contact Floella.
- Keyboard, Violin and Guitar classes to begin from Sunday, 2nd July. Registration forms available in the church office. Classes will be held on Sunday evenings. Those interested kindly assemble in the AV Hall Tomm/Today at 4:15pm with your instruments and note books. Children who are interested but don’t have keyboard/guitar or cannot afford are invited to join the classes.
- Children studying in Infant Jesus School are expected to attend the morning mass before school. Parents kindly encourage your kids and come along with them.
- Parishioners interested in selling homemade food products/snacks after 9am mass are welcome. Those interested kindly give your names to any of the fathers. One table will be provided. Kindly patronize the stalls.
- Parishioners are invited to attend daily masses. Come and hear the Word of God and receive the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ everyday and receive abundant blessings. Blessed Sacrament is exposed after evening mass on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for about 15 minutes.
- Community Health Clinic Organised by Holy Spirit Hospital functions every Thursday from 10am to 12:30 noon in the basement. Kindly inform people of all faith in your community.
- We are happy to inform you that two of our parish youth Neha D’Silva and Delfina Gonsalves have been selected for a Community College Initiative program which is fully funded by the US government. The students will be placed in a community college where they will study and also have internships with US companies for 10 months alongside students worldwide. Very soon they will leave for America. We wish them the very best in the year ahead.
- Parish fathers and sisters will visit families residing in Shankarwadi community on Monday evening.
Last Sunday’s collection amounted to Rs 21, 520 /- which is for the parish trust. Thank you for your generosity.
