- Fridays of Lent is a day of Prayer, fasting, Abstinence and Almsgiving. Adults and Youth are invited to become fasting warriors.
2. Stations of the Cross will be conducted on Wednesdays in Konkani and in English on Fridays.
3. PPC/SCC meeting on Wednesday 6th march at 7:45pm in Fr Juze D’Souza AV hall, 2nd floor. Attendance is compulsory. Kindly collect the copy of agenda from the sacristy.
4. Next Saturday Bro Derrick Fernandes from Jesus the Real Vine prayer group will conduct semi night vigil from 9:00pm to 11:00pm in the church. It includes praise and worship, teaching, intercessions and healing service. All are invited.
5. Sunday school children will have exams next Sunday during Sunday school.
6. Parishioners are invited to observe NO GADGET DAY- NO MOBILE DAY once a week.
7. Outdoor Stations of the Cross to Don Bosco, Karjat on March 8th, a public Holiday. Bus leaves at sharp 7am from the highway. Last date to register is Tuesday, 5th march. Last 20 seats left for the fourth bus. Those who can afford partially or cannot afford kindly contact the church fathers. You are welcome. Kindly register with the PPC/SCC members.
8. Bike Pilgrimage for the Youth above the age of 18 to Churches in Navi Mumbai Deanery on Sunday, 10th March. Those interested kindly register with Lency.
9. Holy Spirit Hospital will conduct Blood Donation Drive in our parish on Sunday, 17th March from 8am onwards.
10. The parish intends to start a new group of Men Sodalists. All men are invited to join the Men’s Sodality group on Saturdays at 5pm in the Church.
11. Summer schedule for masses from 15th April is as follows. Weekday’s only one mass in the evening at 7pm. On Sundays Konkani mass at 7am and only one mass in English in the morning at 9am. No evening mass.
12. Lenten Alms this year will be sent to Manipur Relief Work. Kindly drop in your contributions in the box placed on the altar.
